1. Introduction

Welcome to Chefteekay (“we”, “our”, “us”) operating via https://chefteekay.com. By accessing or using our website and services—including dine‑in, takeaway, delivery, catering, event bookings—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to place orders or make reservations.

3. Orders and Bookings

  • Takeout & Delivery: You accept responsibility for providing accurate order and payment details.

  • Reservations: Bookings must be made within provided timelines; cancellations may be subject to fees if not made at least 12 hours in advance (see Section 6).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders or bookings at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order or booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Based on our existing policy:

  • Dine‑In: If you’re dissatisfied with your meal, please inform our staff immediately. Refunds are considered if the issue can’t be resolved during your visit.

  • Takeout/Delivery: Issues (incorrect, missing or spoiled items) must be reported within 6 hours of receipt to be eligible for refund.

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@chefteekayllc.com with order details and evidence (receipt, photo). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Cancellations: For dine‑in reservations, cancellations made fewer than 12 hours in advance may incur fees. Prepared or dispatched takeout or delivery orders are not refundable. 

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable laws.

  • Use the website or services in a disruptive or abusive manner.

  • Interfere with our systems (e.g. scraping, bots, reverse engineering).

  • Post anything offensive, defamatory, or harassing. We reserve the right to remove user‑generated content and suspend access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, menus, videos, logos—is owned or licensed by Chefteekay. You may access content for personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, transmit, or reuse any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy & Cookies

Our usage of personal data and cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, and essential cookies are required for website functionality. Optional cookies may be declined. 

9. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, security, or uninterrupted access.

  • We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
